Well, since I can't find my April issue of Cruiser, and can't imagine that would have slipped by my SO and me, I guess I never got my issue. As a matter of fact I can't find any more issues of Cruiser and I paid them. They sent me two last notices and each time I called they said they got my check. I guess I'll have to check this out. Can you tell me more about the letter to the editor?
